Please don't read any further if you are reading at around the time you're eating 'cos it's gonna be a disgusting message...
I had explosive diarrhoea after lunch yesterday and my first wee of the day was dark orange, so I'm obviously dehydrated so will be just drinking water today.
My breakfast started off with a glass of water so that I could take all my morning pills, no change there, then I made a rehydration drink to try and get some electrolytes back into me after losing so much water yesterday and overnight.
