Mornin' all

Well, I managed to sleep for 4 hours overnight and my 'Morning Stability' score is 3, so in theory I can do my laps and exercises today, but I'm not gonna risk it until I'm reliably solid again.


My wee was dark orange which means I'm dehydrated, so it's gonna be water and rehydration drinks today so that I can get back to being hydrated again.


I've popped my 9 morning pills and added more hydration powders to Tuesday's order, so I'm good to go now.


The daily virus scan found an advanced issue which I've just resolved, so I'm good to go for the day now.


I've got a delivery due today to try and get more fibre into me next week so that my lunches aren't entirely fruit to try and prevent explosive diarrhoea again.  I've also included a pre-biotic & pro-biotic, electrolytes and a multi-pack of face masks to see how my body reacts and for a touch of luxury when I have my weekly baths.


Time to have my first rehydration drink of the day for breakfast, then get today's to-do list together now I reckon.
