Just taken me supplements and...

Just taken me supplements and rearranged the corner of the drawer that they live in and they are already kicking in... the multivitamin is making me see in HD again... the calcium are a longer term thing, so I don't feel them working, I just hope they do!  lol

Good job I do a weekly virus scan!

I run a virus scan every Friday that takes about 30ish hours to run, but it's just picked up and secured a virus on my machine that infected me in the last 7 days.

I've set up my laptop to run AVG and anti-malware as soon as I log in every day for exactly this reason!

The anti-malware has been stopping it from infecting others and AVG has secured the threat now.

So worth the money for both of them!

My O2 phone now works again

Turns out that I just needed to get an O2 Guru to activate my sim card, turn it off for 2 hours then turn it back on et voila!

It's taken a week, but it's all sorted now!  Yay!

I've also had a change in my credit report again...

It's got one point better than last month and it's only another couple of months before my Studio report gets taken off 'cos it's 6 years since I last used it.

I've been paying all the bills by direct debit for the last 14 months and it's been 26 months since my last serious credit mishap.

Basically, as long as I keep £325 in my account every month for the next 5 years, my credit score will keep getting better and better!

Yay!

As of Monday...

Steve's carer has just taken the two phone cases that didn't fit my phone and she's going to post them on Monday because she lives opposite a post office and I don't know if they need to be scanned or if they can just be posted in a box.

Either way, they are out of my hands and on their way now so hopefully I'll get my refunds by the end of next week!

Yay!

Update on the letter we got this morning

Steve's just spoken to the person at the council who sent the letter.

The tip-off was anonymous so we've got no proof it was the prat at the end of the road but the council bloke has made a note about it now so that if it gets reported again they will see what's going on and take no further action.

Because it was anonymous we have no proof it was the idiot, but as soon as the council said it was an anonymous tip-off we both knew exactly who it was.

The council bloke has put it down as no further action and it sounded like the bloke frequently got calls like Steve's.  He's happy we're not doing anything wrong, the RSPCA is happy that we're not doing anything wrong, the police are on our side and we've got nothing to worry about from anything at all!  We just need to keep doing what we're doing and report it if we have any proof about it being our nightmare neighbour.

I feel sorry for the bloke at the end of the road if I'm honest... if he's got nothing better to do with his time than make false accusations then he's a sad, lonely, worthless little man IMO!

Review of duck egg blue lanyard from Amazon

Less than 15 hours after ordering it and it's around my neck!

I'd been wearing a linked metal lanyard until this arrived this morning and didn't realise how heavy it was around my neck and how much it made holes in my tops.

It's so lightweight and comfortable that I keep forgetting I'm wearing it and looking for my keys!

It says it's able to hold mobile phones and I've got no reason to think it won't, but why invest in something so lightweight only to be weighted down by a mobile phone.

Just 3 linked keychains were heavy enough, but this is weightless in comparison!

I seriously reckon everyone needs this if they don't want to carry around loads of keys in their pockets or risk losing them in their bag or whatever.

A definite must-have item!  6 stars out of 5!

The idiot at the end of the road is at it again!

We've just had a letter from the council saying Mitzi has been pooing in the street and we've left it there.

That has never happened in the 6.5 years we've had her!  When she has in the past, I've brought her back home, handed the lead to Steve, got the long-handled pooper scooper and a nappy sack and gone and cleared it up then binned it!

I have never ever left poo in public.  I have at the back of our house, yes, but that's not in public FFS!

The person who sent the letter is in a meeting atm, but Steve's going to ask if it was the idiot at the end of the road then contact the police again to re-open the harassment case.

If he continues to harass us, we'll ask for photographic proof and DNA evidence as proof, we'll then provide poo from the back yard that Mitzi has done to be tested to proove that it really isn't her doing it.  If he genuinely believes it's Mits then he won't mind paying for those tests to be done!

The only thing he's got on us is that he moved to his house 3 years before we moved into ours.  We'll go to court if he wants to... we've done precisly nothing wrong and I'd love to have him prove otherwise!

Lunch today will be...

We've just decided to have pasta bake for lunch today 'cos it's been ages since we last had it!

We've got the pasta, the sauce and the grated cheese so that's what we're having!

Yumsk!

Mitzi's walk this morning

After yesterday's almost double length walk, we at least tripled it this morning, possibly even quadrupled it 'cos we did at least 9 lengths of the street but I lost count three times and went with the last number I remembered counting, so it's possible we did 12 lengths instead of the normal 3!

Mitzi was starting to struggle at the start of length number 9 or 12 so we came home after we completed that length.

The poor pup wanted to do more though, but she was struggling so we came home instead.

Our knees are going to be aching today!  lol
