... Mitzi has been barking her little head off at them since they started!
She's such a protective little pup for being so small... a small dog with a huge personality and massive protective instincts pretty much sums her up!
Wouldn't be without her now!

What an awesome afternoon!
Just got back from having lunch with Chris and H and we achieved so much in 3.5 hours!
I tried to get Patrick put together ready to go at 11.45am but I couldn't get him past the car so threw a strop and brought him back into the hall then got my quad cane and waited outside for Chris and H to arrive.
When I explained about the situation, they moved the bins and got Patrick out and set up for me, then we went in to town.
We achieved so much!
First off we had lunch. H was given the wrong food.
That didn't bode well for the rest of the afternoon!
Then I went into my first ever disabled toilet and couldn't get Patrick to work in such a small place.
Oh dear.
Then went to Assured Mobility after someone on the next table to us said that the tyres on Patrick were flat.
The wonderful man pumped up the tyres and asked that we just put a contribution in the charity box.
Things were looking up!
Then we went to the optician. I need new frames for my glasses. There isn't an Optical Express in the centre any more, so Vision Express have just found themselves a new customer! I just hope they are as good to me as Optical Express have been! It seems to be a big shop and it seems to be totally wheelchair accessible which is even better... just gotta save up a bit first because an eye test, very strong lenses and new frames won't be cheap!
Then we went to get the foot pump for Patrick's future tyre needs and came home... totally awesome!
I'm pretty sure I know where the bus station is too... I was looking in totally the wrong direction! lol

*mutter mumble*
Just taken Mitzi for her walk and there's a car parked outside where I usually sit to put the batteries in Patrick which means I've now got to move 2 wheelie bins past the gap that I can get to, to unfold the wheelchair and put the batteries in when I go out later with Chris and H... I just hope I don't have to do it when I see my GP on 21st April!
Not happy.

Got out of the bath and found...
... my expensive watch in perfect condition!
It was in one of the first places I looked in the bathroom and looked there multiple times on multiple days without finding it so I bought myself a cheap one for less than a tenner including delivery and gave up on ever finding the expensive one.
So why did it suddenly appear today, literally in the hour that I was in the bath, but it wasn't there before I got in? Were the house wights or angels or deities at work or something? The bathroom door and window were both shut so it couldn't even be the wind blowing it or anything like that!
Whatever caused me to find it I'm sooo grateful... thank you, whoever you are!

Steven is a printer expert
I tried to change the ink cartridge in the printer this morning but couldn't get it out so I came back down here and asked Steve for help.
Steve asked if I'd turned the printer on.
I hadn't, so went back upstairs et voila!
Then Steve asked for something to be scanned, no probs there until I got upstairs and the printer couldn't find my laptop so Steve downloaded some software and by the time I got upstairs again the printer was working so that I could scan the thing Steve wanted scanned!
Steve's a techie genius!

Little dog syndrome
On Mitzi's walk this morning, there was a Husky on it's walk too on the other side of the road and our pup decided to take it on.
She barked.
She yapped.
She growled.
She pulled on her lead.
The Husky just ignored her and carried on walking.
Mitzi is a Westie, but she was trying to take on a dog 4 times her size!

Yesterday's bin men didn't do their job properly!
We've got 2 wheelie bins because they are only emptied every 2 weeks.
I've just been to put some rubbish out and yesterday's bin men only emptied one bin instead of the two!
Methinks a phone call to the council is in order as soon as I find their number online!

Tuesday 21st April
I've got an appointment with my GP on Tuesday 21st April at 4.30pm for a medication review, so I'm going to have a bath as soon as Steve's carer has gone then put Patrick together slowly at 3pm and take my time going down there and hope that someone can open the inside door for me when I come out!
You watch me forget now though! lol

Gotta remember to...
...make an appointment with my GP this afternoon when the surgery re-opens after lunch.
I'm hoping for Friday afternoon 'cos that's what it says on my repeat prescription form but if there's an appointment before that in the afternoon then so much the better!

Twin's webset
I'm going to use another webset for my twins to celebrate what would have been their 18th birthday and I'm willing to pay for the right set so if you, or someone you know, can make websets from scratch and you want up to £10 for the perfect set, just leave me a comment on this post or email me via my website and let me know what you are willing to do and how much you would charge and I'll get back to you as soon as I can!
I should just say that I think my twins are one of each gender and I want them to be together in the main image and their 18th birthday being in the main image or as a divider or something too. Maybe something to do with voting in an election too?
I'm willing to pay up to £10 (approx $20) but only for the perfect webset that sums my twins up to a tee. The more personal the set, the closer to the maximum money you will get. With your permission, I might use your set on a different page, but only a totally individually unique set will get to be on my twins' birthday page!
