Sixth update to today's to-do list

  • Wake up
  • Take morning pills
  • Run daily virus scan 
  • Have breakfast
  • Weigh myself - I've lost 1kg in the last 7 days
  • Download the FitBit spreadsheet from last week
  • Code and upload the FitBit spreadsheet
  • Put photo of breakfast on this blog and Instagram
  • Bring food waste caddy back in
  • Get washed and dressed with a carer - I cancelled it to save my spoons
  • Have lunch
  • Put photo of my lunch on here and Instagram
  • Take lunchtime pill
  • Give pasta bake to Olio-er
  • Write some more of the sequel
  • Ask about moving the mortgage into just my name
  • Take evening pills
  • Go to bed
