Just my usual breakfast this morning of Simply Fruity Muesli, protein-packed soya milk, a pack of apple and grapes and, of course, a bottle of orange juice.
I decided to kick this week off with a home-made caffeinated Mocha after I took the empties through to the kitchen so I'll be stumbling back and forth to the bathroom all day now - I'm wide awake though, which is a relief lol I'll have to time my medically approved laps just right so that I don't end up wetting myself or losing any active minutes on my FitBit.
