Cor lummy I'm stuffed! I think I've had waaaay too much to eat today - especially protein!
Today's lunch was salad again, made up of 2 servings of iceberg lettuce, a baby cucumber, 2 servings of carrot batons, 7 cherry tomatoes, 5 radishes, vegan BBQ chicken style pieces, vegan cheese and vegan coleslaw. I've well and truly had my 5 portions of fruit and veg today and my body feels sooo much better for having so much of it.
