...I've gotta remember that I've got fruit in the fridge to fill up on rather than chocolate and vegan bars.
I've also gotta remember that I'm having toast for breakfast now (cue the toaster not working now lol) which means taking two slices of bread out of the freezer before I head to bed each night so that they can be ready for me to pop into the toaster as soon as my carer goes each morning.
I've gotta remember tomorrow's weekly virus scan and backups are happening tomorrow so I've gotta avoid opening my email programmes until they are both done and dusted.
I'm in the green with my calories today, so I don't need to get the kettle on to try the new drinking chocolate - maybe tomorrow though, depending on how I feel when I've hopefully remembered to have my toast. It says to make it with hot milk but I'm gonna use freshly boiled water like I do with my current one and I'll just adjust the amount of powder I put in is all. If I can get the levels right pretty quickly, it'll be better all round 'cos I can get it with my weekly groceries, rather than having to rely on Marie and her mum to get it for me. There aren't any of my allergens in it, so I'm thinking that if I feel sick then it's purely psychosomatic and I'll just keep on experimenting until I find what works for me.
I'm also gonna be having soup for the majority of my lunches this week 'cos I've got 5 cans of me-friendly soup to get through lol It'll make a change from beans and spaghetti though lol
I'd best go and check that I've still got a tin opener, hadn't I lol
