I had a really early night but still didn't manage 8 hours of sleep by quite a long way lol
I've just swallowed my morning pills and I'm about to jinx things, but I haven't missed a single pill so far this week, which is a relief, but there's still 2½ days to go before I refill the dosette box, so I'm not getting too proud yet. I'm gonna dose myself up with the B12 as well 'cos my energy levels are at an all-time low and I'm in desperate need of the extra vitamin boost this morning.
When I get back from the funeral on Tuesday I'm just gonna take myself straight off to bed to recover so if there isn't a goodnight post on Tuesday, I'll be fine, just absolutely worn out. I'm not planning on doing very much at all next week 'cos my body is begging for a rest, so that's exactly what I'm gonna give it and if that means staying in bed then so be it.
Gotta remember to ask for chips to be cooked today and have the other vegan chicken fillet that's in the fridge with them.
I've put a couple of totally new-to-me things on Wednesday's grocery order - falafels and vegan bacon so I'm gonna give those a try at some point. They seem to be easy and quick enough to cook so if they taste OK too (and because they are vegan they shouldn't cause an allergic reaction unlike yesterday's lunch did) they will be a regular feature on my grocery order.
I've decided to put the vegetarian mince and vegetarian chicken pieces on Olio the week after next after the funeral and wake are out of the way 'cos I'm not likely to use them any time soon so I'd rather give it to someone who will eat it than just bin it and totally waste the money needlessly, which I can't afford to do atm. Assuming that I have the chips (and leftover fillet) for lunch today, I'll sort out the big freezer this afternoon (when I've recovered) and put the mince and pieces into the small freezer so that I don't have to hurriedly find it while the Olio-er is waiting.
The daily virus scan found an "advanced issue" on my computer this morning, so I dealt with that straight away. I've had a few of them in the past, so it was no biggie, but I'm sorted for the rest of the day now.
I've already had my breakfast, so I'll put that up after I've got the day's to-do list sorted.
