After only managing a smidgen over 6 hours of sleep, waking up 4 times and being restless 10 times last night, according to my FitBit, I'm seriously struggling so I've taken my last pills of the day and I'm gonna have a well-deserved early night again tonight.
I've gotta have drinking chocolates until I start to look like one tomorrow 'cos I didn't even reach half my minimum calories today and it's been the same all week, which is cool and groovy if you're trying to lose weight, but I'm trying to put on 1.4kg before my Monday weigh-in and I don't think I'm gonna manage it. There has been a lot of emotions for the last few weeks, so I'm gonna have a packet of the high-calorie crisps as well tomorrow... I need to take every opportunity to put on weight rather than lose it for the next little while.
