I finished off my late hubby's Bran Flakes this morning, so everything else in the kitchen is totally suitable for me and I actually enjoy the flavour of lol
I'm gonna finish off the bread for my lunch today so that I can increase my calories rapidly, safely and healthily then I've got granola to have for breakfast and things like hash browns and onion rings that I can have for lunch and I know that they go into the oven at 200 for 20 minutes 'cos I've had all bar the pasta bake ready meal before and yesterday's mushrooms were fine, so if I ask in future, if I've had it while Steve was alive then it's 200 for 20 from now on.
