Today's breakfast photo

Just for a change (and because the bread had finished defrosting) I had two slices of wholemeal bread, dairy-free spread and a bottle of orange juice for today's breakfast so I've already met my calorie goal for today.  If I do the same every morning until I've finished the loaf (or it goes mouldy like the last one lol) I will hopefully have put on weight rather than losing it again when I weigh myself on Monday.
