...absolutely knackered now, but I've had my wash then got dressed and my carer helped to change my bedding for the first time in 18 months, so my enabler should hopefully feel less nauseous next time she comes over lol
I'm gonna update my to-do list, make myself a decaff coffee and spend the rest of the morning reading and recovering so that I've hopefully stopped shaking by the time my lunchtime carer arrives.
