...my lunchtime pill now that my stomach is ever so slightly better than it was 4 hours ago, so I'm back up-to-date with all of my various pills now, thankfully.
I'm gonna go and get myself one last hot drink then maybe indulge in one of my addictions as a reward for coping with spewing my guts up all afternoon.
