Today's breakfast photo won't look too much different to recent ones 'cos it was still my usual orange juice, 2 slices of wholemeal 'Toastie' toast, dairy-free spread and a hazelnut chocolate spread, it's just that the choccy spread had allergens in it, but they were pretty far down the ingredient list and I can't afford to waste money. So far the allergic reaction has been negligible, mainly just pain which I can cope with, it's just nausea and vomiting that I really can't cope with, but pain is fine. As long as I go through today without feeling or being too sick, I reckon it'll be a regular thing for me!
