I've remembered to have my glass of water to take my morning pills with, not to open my email programmes 'cos of the monthly virus scan, to set the virus scan going and I can also officially stop worrying about the colour of my wee 'cos an admittedly non-medical site says that the colour means that I'm well hydrated, so I can stop worrying about that now.
My delivery is almost "out for delivery" so hopefully that'll arrive in plenty of time for me to have an early night.
There's a few minutes before the earliest my carer could turn up, so I'm gonna start to put my to-do list together for today and hopefully remember to put the reminders from last night onto it so that I don't forget to look today.
