• Boil water in preparation
• Have breakfast

• Get washed and dressed with my carer
• Do the news
• Put FitBit image together - it hasn't arrived in my inbox yet!
• Code and upload FitBit image
• Sort out email addresses for my navigation site
• Ask if my webhosts can sort out the databases etc if I migrate SFC site
• Keep working on memorial site
• Find new Pagan forum - will I be approved on any of the 3 I've applied to today?
• Ask carer to help me change the bedding
• Bring old bedding downstairs
• Put laundry on to wash
• Have lunch
• Log lunch into FitBit app

• Take lunchtime pill
• Put bags in front of door
• Bag up groceries
• Bring in groceries

• Hang bags back up

• Take bread out of freezer ready for tomorrow's breakfast
• Give posture corrector away to a Freegler - I hope they turn up before I start NaNo!
