gonna leave it for another week so that I can recover from the last 6 weeks, but if my weight is where I want it to be on Monday then I'll re-start the laps next week-will I be able to re-start them today??- I've lost 50g so I'm gonna leave it again for this week - Give out of date food to Freegler
- Keep an eye on Freegle to see if anyone wants anything
- Do the news
- Keep working on memorial site
- Have lunch

up to page 75 of 364 (I think)-page 142 scanned in now... hoping that I'll hit the page 200 mark before bedtime at this rate!- I'm ⅔ of the way through now, so hopefully I'll have cracked it tomorrow with any luck. - Save medical records onto a CD
