Mornin' all.
Taken a short video of the puppy so I'll take me supplements while I'm waiting for it to upload.
➰➰➰
Supplements taken, so time to do the site stuff with the video.
➰➰➰
Puppy walked and fed and Steve's given the morning dose of her pill so time for the admin on my site with the video now❗
➰➰➰
Aaaand it's all done, so dunno what I'm gonna do with the rest of the morning now lol
➰➰➰
Sweet 'n' sour Quorn bits and rice for lunch today, to try out the new sauce... hope it's better than the last one we had❗❗
➰➰➰
Gonna try and remember to put more icons within each blog post like the ❗ and ❓ and using 3 ➰'s to divide each section of the blog post up like up there ^^^ so that it's not just black text on a white background which can get very boring after a while❗ Lemme know, in the comments, what you think❓ You can be as anonymous as you want, I just want to make my blog posts more interesting for my readers is all.
➰➰➰
➰➰➰
Curry rather than sweet 'n' sour for lunch today which is fine by me 😋
➰➰➰
We've just agreed that Jalfrezzi curries are the hottest we can both eat - any spicier and it would just be too much and we wouldn't be able to have more than a few forkfuls no matter how hungry we were.
Taken me Calcium and my mouth is pretty much back to normal, heat-wise now. There will be a lot of noises this afternoon lol
➰➰➰
Just taken a video of the sleepy puppy before she moved behind Steve's leg lol
➰➰➰
Video is up on the site now and the puppy has gone to her bed 'cos she knows I struggle to get photo's and video's of her while she's in there lol
➰➰➰
Got another few photo's and another video of our baby girl to put up on my site now... BBS❗
➰➰➰
They are all up on the index page now... go and have a peek❗❓
➰➰➰
Another photo of the puppy with Steve... just gotta wait for the email to come through then I can do the admin on my homepage.
➰➰➰
Taken my prescription and I'll shut down as soon I start getting sleepy again... was asleep until 7am this morning, which is so totally awesome❗
➰➰➰
What have you thought about todays blog post with the tiny graphics instead of just constant text like usual❓ Leave me a comment and let me know❓ Please❓ If you don't want to give me your name, just your initial is fine by me❗ 😃
➰➰➰
Starting to get sleepy now, so I'm off to bed 🛏.
Nite nite orl 💤.

The puppy's coming home in a few short hours 💓👍👍👍👍👍👍💖 Yaaaay!! 😍
***
Supplements taken. Nice and easily this morning, thankfully.
***
Steve's just agreed, in theory, to help me sort out the kitchen so that we can put the food processor and ice cream maker onto the side so that we can use them. The ice cream maker is more important to me 'cos it means I'll be able to have ice cream again. I just hope it still works 'cos I bought it almost 4 years ago and it's still boxed and hasn't moved lol We've got a bread machine too that I'd love for us to start using again. Nothing better than soft, warm, fresh bread!
***
The puppy's home at last! 20 hours earlier than usual, but SHE'S HOME!!!!! 😁
Already taken a photo of the puppy in her bed so it's time for the site admin to get it uploaded now!
***
OK, that's the index page sorted now, so time for the daily dose of Calcium now.
***
That's me dosed up until this evening now and the house feels full of love again... she's the smallest member of the house but I really feel it on the days she's not here.
***
Another video of the puppy dog currently being uploaded. When that's sorted I'll put it up on my site.
***
The third video is coded and uploaded now.
***
Taken another photo of the puppy, so I'll sort that out when I've fed her and Steve's medicated her.
***
Poor puppy was starvey 'ungy! She started eating her food right out of the tub, before it even hit her bowl!
Steve's given her the thyroid pill so time to put the photo up now.
***
Just taken another photo of her so I'll code and upload both at the same time 😍.
***
Off to beddy-byes now. Talk to you all again tomorrow.
Nite nite orl.

Thursday 5th September 2019
Mornin' all.
Was wide awake before 6am again this morning, tsk.
***
Almost forgot about my backups❕ They are underway now though and I've changed the reminder in my email programme from 6Pm to 5Am now, so hopefully I'll be reminded as soon as I boot up next week lol
***
Having my second and potentially last caffeinated treat of the week now... had a mug of caffeinated tea in celebration after seeing Brad yesterday and Steve's just made a cafetierre of coffee for us both, so no more caffeine until Monday at the earliest now❕
***
The backups have finished now... second time lucky and pretty unstressful this week. The first time I tried to do it was totally my fault for putting the external hard drive on the sofa instead of on the floor under the table.
***
All me morning pills have been swallowed now so I'm dosed up until early afternoon now, when I take the Calcium then that's it until my 3 prescriptions this evening. Out of the three doses, it's the morning ones that are hardest to swallow for some reason... maybe because my throat has only had liquid down it until I have the pre-OAB pill pie or chocolate or biscuit or fruit or whatever, but by lunchtime it's relaxed❓❓
***
Already had two portions of my five a day 'cos I had a banana and apple soon after I came down and I'm hoping I'll finally get my pasta and meatballs for lunch today lol
***
We're having the meatballs and pasta at last! 7 days (including yesterdays soup that we always have on a Wednesday because of my virus scan) after Steve first suggested it. YAAAY!!!
I've also taken off all 6 rings because they are all way too big for my fingers now, even with the ring adjusters on them, so I don't want to risk them dropping off my fingers and losing them like I did with one of 'em about 18 months back. Means I'm losing weight though, so as soon as my weight settles down into my natural size 10 and my fingers shrink back to their normal size too, I'll get all the rings readjusted professionally. It'll prolly be at least another year but the end is in sight now!
I'm literally half the size I was when I came out of hospital back in 2003 (size 28 back then, size 14 atm) and I'm not on a fad diet, just eating sensibly and taking the puppy for a stroll every day that she's with us. Steve's gone down a size around his waist too, purely 'cos we aren't having at least one take-away every day like we were until the start of this year, we are eating home-cooked food that costs less for a week's groceries than we were paying for 3 days take-aways last year and that's without doing any kind of exercise other than going to the end of the street to get in the car for medical appointments and me walking the pup every morning. Steve joins us occasionally (he did the entire week with us before I had my ultrasound) but neither of us do anything other than walking and the only time we break a sweat is when the weather outside is hot, so it really is having a much healthier diet that we are losing weight with!
We're taking things very very slowly and creating new, healthier lifestyle habits that will hopefully be with us for the rest of our lives now. It definitely helped having those bribes for the first couple of months, but Steve said recently that he genuinely doesn't need even that any more.
***
We've had the pazza and meatballs at last❗❗
"There's still a few spoonfuls of pasta left in the saucepan" says Steve, but we are both totally stuffed so it'll go to waste, but even a few months ago he'd have cooked the same amount and it'd barely fill us up, so I think our stomachs (as in the internal organ) have started shrinking which is awesome. We're on the right path now, we just have to hope that Steve's motivation to cook for us keeps going now that he's doing it regularly. If he regularly starts relying on take-aways again then I'll start up the bribary (with 2kg of fudge to start with) again 'cos it's worked these last few months so hopefully it'll be the same if we regularly go back to take-aways again. I'll still reward him every now and then to keep him motivated, but it won't be every Friday and Sunday any more after he finishes the current bribes/rewards (one Turkish Delight tomorrow and if he cooks both days of the weekend then it'll be the final one on Sunday).
So proud of you Steve❗
***
That's the Calcium taken, so that's it now until bed-time.
Currently looking for temporary engagement and wedding rings just to take me through to when I've got down to my natural, healthy size for my body that will hopefully mean that my fingers have shrunk too, then I'll get a slightly more expensive set for myself.
The original engagement and wedding ring got thrown out with my Nana's antique jewellery that my father left to me in his will along with photo's, certificates, my signed school shirt, leavers messages in a book, final yeargroup photo, unique artwork from children I worked with who are easily into their teens or even early 20's now and other sentimental things like that... basically if I wasn't wearing or using it at the in-laws then it was binned. Still haven't forgiven the person or company who did that because they were all irreplaceable things to me and now they are lost forever 😠
***
Feeling even better about my GP surgery now. The patient satisfaction survey for every surgery in the UK has just been published and out of 6,859 surgeries, my surgery was in the mid 3,000's which I know doesn't sound very impressive, but wait until you hear where Steve's came... drum-roll please 🥁...
...it was in the mid 6,000's so it's not only one of the worst in Gloucestershire, but also in the entire country❗❗
My childhood GP is in the top 1000 in the country and scores above everything in each of the seven points which is so totally awesome!
So glad I changed surgeries when I did... I'm a lot happier there than I ever was with Steve's current surgery.
***
The puppy's coming home for an extra half a day and night... she's coming home tomorrow lunchtime and being picked up again at some point on Monday... yaaaaaaay!!!
***
Taken me three prescriptions and I'm hoping for an early night again tonight. Very little realistic hope of it happening tonight, just like it didn't last night though lol
***
I'm going to bed... I've just come over slightly sleepy so I'm gonna make the most of it while it lasts!
Nite nite orl!

Wednesday 4th September 2019
Morning all.
I came down for a wee (our bathroom is downstairs) at about 3am and didn't put my glasses on... apparently I "looked like a zombie squirrel" - thanks then Steve lol
Time for me morning pills now - down to 7 pills a day now 'cos the 2mg prescription arrived yesterday so I just need to take one of them now instead of two - four in the morning, one at lunchtime and three in the evening.
***
All dosed up until just after lunch now. Time to check my emails and see how the virus scan is doing.
***
The Calcium has been taken, so I've only got 3 more pills to take this evening now.
***
Just got back from seeing Brad (my CPN) and asked for recommendations to see me through the SAD months. He suggested trying 5-HTP as it's, apparently, the pre-cursor to anti-depressants so I'm gonna go and have a look for that now.
Obviously check with your medical bods before you take it, to make sure it doesn't mess with any of your current meds, don't just take my unqualified word for it, but if you struggle with SAD too, then it might be worth trying?
He's asked for blood tests of all sorts of things including my Iron, vitamin D and vitamin B12 and for the results to go back to my GP, but I already take supplements and I feel fine on them and I'm hoping the 5-HTP will see me through until next year, alongside the coconut oil that saw me through last year, but I'm feeling really positive right now!
***
Just found the 5-HTP on Simply Supplements - less than £15 for 60 pills and I've got to take 1-3 tablets an hour before bed. I'm gonna just stick with one pill a night initially, just to see what happens, but if there aren't any negative side-effects like there aren't with my current four daily supplements then I'll increase it to two as the SAD really starts to set in, at the end of September/beginning of October kinda time.
If you want a percentage off your order (I think it's 10% off your first order, but could be wrong) and you haven't already got an account with them, just look for the "referred by a friend?" link at the checkout and pop my name and email address (amanda.k.george@googlemail.com) in the box and you will hopefully get a price reduction or a refund of the amount when they've checked that it's a genuine order and that I'm a genuine customer of theirs instead of a bot or whatever.
If you've already got an account with them, you won't be able to get the money off, but if you go to Quidco first and sign up for an account (free is cool and groovy and the one that I use, but I'm pretty sure there's a premium account that you can pay for, I just don't have any experience of it) you get a certain amount of cashback from each order... it's 13% for existing customers atm, but it's subject to change at any time. I've got over £200 cashback in my account so far, just from going via Quidco first and those few extra clicks have been so worth it for me!
Another cashback site is Top Cashback which is worth signing up for an account with too. You can only use one or the other for each order, but it's worth signing up for both and comparing the amounts of cashback on each site before you order, but it's soo worth those few minutes at the start of each purchase.
Free money for things you were going to buy anyway is sooo worth it!
***
1½ hours after ordering from Simply Supplements and it's been dispatched so I'm guessing it'll be in my hands by the weekend, which is awesome!
WTG Simply Supplements!
***
That's me three evening prescriptions taken and I want an earlyish night, so I'm hoping to be in bed by 8.30pm tonight... bet I'll still be awake at 10pm and awake before 6am tomorrow though lol
***
It's almost 9pm so it's a bit later than I was hoping but I'm off to bed now.
Nite nite orl.

Tuesday 3rd September 2019
Mornin' all
I was wrong. I didn't wake up at 7am like I predicted, but just before 6am, so maybe that's my natural waking up time, no matter what time I take my evening pills?
***
Worked out that as long as I don't spend more than £50 a week on the shopping, I'll be able to replace the money in my savings account and have £7 left over for myself. Hardly fair is it?
***
Just taken me first prescription and three of the four supplements. Next up is the Calcium at lunchtime then me three prescriptions before bed.
***
Burgers for lunch today and it'll be soup tomorrow 'cos of doing the virus scan, so hopefully we'll finally get the passa, sauce and meatballs on Thursday lol
***
Just brushed me teeth. Not the wisest of ideas when the burgers are in the oven! lol
***
Yummy burgers, just waaaaay too much so I'm gonna go and jump in the bath ready for tomorrow now. BBS!
***
Out of the bath now. Thankfully finally finished off the stale B.O bubble bath so it's time for the new one that came yesterday... hopefully that'll smell better than the one I've just finished lol
The cold tap still won't move so the bathwater made me feel like I was sat in a oven, turned up to it's highest setting, with the door closed, during a heatwave. Steve reckons that a mug of hot tea opens your pores or summat which helps to cool you down... can't see that happening, personally, but I'm willing to give it a go.
***
***
That's both browser cache's cleared ready for tomorrow's virus scan and I've had two of my five daily portions of fruit... a banana then an apple - the banana's might be best left until tomorrow or even Thursday 'cos they're still a bit green on the skin and a touch hard inside but the apple was scrummy! It helps to have them in the living room so that we can just reach down for it whenever we want to of course! lol
***
That worked out nicely then! All three prescription boxes finished tonight, so as of tomorrow they can all be requested at the same time! Total aceness!
***
Gonna shut down and head to bed now. Got an appointment with Brad tomorrow afternoon and I bet I'll still be awake at 10pm lol
Nite nite orl 💤

Monday 2nd September 2019
Mornin' all.
Time to walk the puppy then feed her and Steve will dose her up while I dose myself up with my morning pills.
***
Normal Monday length with the puppy this morning and I've got a 3 minute video of her too, so I'll code and upload that as soon as we've both taken our morning pills.
***
That's us both dosed up with our morning prescriptions, so time for my supplements now.
***
That's the supplements swallowed, so time for the puppy's early morning video now.

Steve's just wasted £30 by not redeeming the bloody voucher I sent him for a couple of courses I bought for him last night that had a time limit of midnight. He promised he would redeem it last night, but he's just admitted that he didn't and it seems to be too late to renew it now. Always the fucking same. He promised back in March that a piece of software and webpage would be done and dusted and ready to go "within 10 weeks" and it'd cost £1000. It's now almost 6 months later and he hasn't even started on either of them yet as well as the running total, that I've already paid him, being £2750. He keeps promising to work on it but seems to be more interested in watching the telly and sleeping while the telly is on!!
He's got until the end of September to get at least one of them done, or I'm going to Trading Standards about it!
***
Just done the adding up, and the £1000 and 10 weeks that Steve quoted back on 27th March 2019, has, so far, actually taken 5 months and 6 days and has cost me £3,407 which is a 204% price increase and 2.5 months overdue already, without even starting yet!
***
The new dose of the OAB pills have just been delivered so I've just taken the second pill of the original dose like the doc told me to do on Friday, I've got 2 more to take tonight and the final four (in 2 doses) tomorrow then it's time to start on the new pills that have just turned up... does that even make sense? lol Basically I've got to take the remaining 6 pills in 3 doses which takes me to tomorrow night, then start on just one pill twice a day from the new box that's just been delivered. Hopefully this'll be the right dose for me so that I don't have to treble the original dose lol
***
That's the recycling been and gone, so just waiting for the rubbish to be picked up, the puppy to go back with Steve's cousin and the shopping to come now, then that's it for another week.
***
Rubbish just been picked up, so I've taken the bag through to the kitchen. Just waiting for the puppy to be picked up and the groceries tonight now.
***
Just heard about the puppy... she's being picked up after the shopping has been and gone - between 7.30-8pm so I can take her harness off and relax all afternoon now. Or should I leave her harness on?? 😕 Steve said to leave it on so that she doesn't get in a tizzy about it this evening... means I can hopefully take more photo's and video's of the puppy today and we'll have had her for 3 days this week! Yaaaay!!! 😄
***
Taken me Calcium and my body has gone back to expecting it now, just like with the other three supplements, which is totally OK with me... if my body is happy then I'll do pretty much whatever it needs!
***
Steve's just taken a photo of the puppy on my phone so I'll code and upload that now...
OK, done. Got a short video of the puppy to upload when my phone has finished charging up again... BBS.
Aksherly, I'm gonna try uploading it while my phone is charging... I'm pretty sure I've done that before and it was quicker to do too!
***
Yet again I've bailed Steve out. To quote him just now "just checked my bank account that I was positive couldn't go overdrawn has gone overdrawn" so I've raided my savings yet again, for the second or third month in a row to send £50 over to him to get him back in the black. I've given him a time limit of the end of September to get both the webpage and the software finished. Bet it won't happen though and I won't see the money either. He's £15 in credit now and I bet he'll squander it on a podcast or YouTube series or DVD or something like that and expect me to bail him out yet again in October too.
It's always the bloody same with him 😠😡
***
Our baby girl has just gone again!! 😭
***
Just taken my last four pills so I'll be up at about 7am tomorrow I reckon, 'cos that's 11 hours after I took them.
***
Just moved another £20 over for Steve, so that's the electricity paid totally by me come next Sunday. I'll be struggling to pay for the groceries and bills this month now, but Steve doesn't seem to give a f**k about that.
Going to shut down and head to bed now. Nite nite orl. 😴
***
Time to walk the puppy then feed her and Steve will dose her up while I dose myself up with my morning pills.
***
Normal Monday length with the puppy this morning and I've got a 3 minute video of her too, so I'll code and upload that as soon as we've both taken our morning pills.
***
That's us both dosed up with our morning prescriptions, so time for my supplements now.

Sunday 1st September 2019
Mornin' all.
A pinch and a punch for the first of the month, and all that jazz.
I've already updated my site for the new month of puppy pictures and video's, moved August's to her permanent page and taken a photo to grace the first page again already... it's not even 7.15am yet! lol
***
I'm the only one awake so gonna do the honours with the second recycling box... BBS!
***
That's the recycling and rubbish done totally by me and it was sorted before 7.30am too. The rubbish barely covers the bottom of the bin sack this week, so I've asked Steve about filling up a bin bag with the branches from out of the back yard so that we can make the most of having so much room left in it and he said "we'll see. I'm not doing it right now, but maybe later" which is groove and cooly by me! I just want to get it all sorted out and having such an empty rubbish bag just seems like the ideal time is all!
***
I'm trying to teach the puppy to sit and wait for her three meals and up to now I've had to put pressure on her bum to get her to sit so I was thinking I'd have to do that again this morning and I did need to do it once, but I asked her to sit again when she stood up and she did it!!! Only for maybe a second, but she still did it without me forcing her bum down! Such a spectacular little puppy dog!
Time to wash my hands, eat a fruit pie and take me pills now. BBS.
***
First four pills of the day taken, just the Calcium at lunchtime and me three prescriptions this evening to go now!
Time to take the puppy for our second stroll now, then I can do the spreadsheet stuff. BBS.
***
That's the puppy walked and the spreadsheet sorted so just need to do the admin on my site now then get the spreadsheet on my phone ready for next week.
***
Spreadsheet sorted, coded and uploaded to my site. Just need to do my phone now, hold on.
***
OK, that's me phone sorted for next week too. Totally discharging the battery on my laptop today too. Apparently it'll have completely run out of power in 5 hours and 41 minutes which is about 3pm so if I suddenly disappear, that's why lol
***
Chips and beans for lunch today... yummy!
***
Accidentally dropped a chip on the floor before Steve came in... oops! Steve's just willingly given her two bits of sausage though, even though his cousin wrote down that she wasn't allowed any more human food... she's had literally 2 tiny bits of human food from me in the last 5-6 weeks, but Steve gives her bits of every one of his meals - naughty Steven!
***
Gotta go and take the plates out, feed the puppy then take my Calcium now!
***
This morning's sit was a one-off 'cos she didn't sit for her lunch if I didn't push her bum down!!
***
That's me Calcium taken and I'm gonna close down Firefox as soon as I've written this so that I don't lose anything when the battery has completely run out.
Be back as soon as I can.
Buh-bye for now though.
***
Back now and I've taken a photo and video of the puppy so I'm gonna code and upload them now. The battery took 6 hours to run down and it reckons about an hour and a half to fully charge it back up, which ain't bad going at all!
***
Just bought a posture correcter thingy that it reckons will be here by the end of September. I've given up trying to do it without help!
***
Just taken the longest ever video of the puppy... 5 minutes long!!!
Gonna get the cheese out of the fridge for the puppy's last anti-biotic pill, then take the final 3 of my own prescriptions.
***
That's the puppy dosed up, so it's my turn now.
***
They all went down nice and easily tonight, thankfully. As soon as the video has finished uploading, I'll code and upload it then head to bed.
***
OK, it's coded, just waiting for my FTP programme to start working now then I can upload the HTML and head to bed.
Tomorrow is gonna be busy - expecting my new dose of OAB pills, Mitzi is being picked up by Steve's cousin then the shopping in the evening... gonna be up and down off the sofa all day!
***
OK, it's all up and ready to be viewed so I'm shutting down and having an early night 🕢 for a change.
Nite nite orl! 🛌😴

Saturday 31st August 2019
Mornin' all!
Taken me OAB pill and supplements already and my body is getting excited about taking the Calcium at lunchtime... it doesn't seem to care about the one's that I've just taken, it's looking forward to the lunchtime pill 🙄😂
***
The puppy's home!!!!!!!!
She's back for the weekend which is awesome!!
Steve's already taken a photo of her on my phone, so I'll go and add it to my homepage now.
Brb!
***
Three more photo's of the puppy to code and upload, then I'll take her for a walk.
***
OK photo's up on the site now, so it's time for Mitzi's walkies and her lunch.
***
She was pondering on doing 700% today but decided against it at the last minute so we came home and she had her lunch.
Gotta remember to add it to the spreadsheet, email it to myself then shut down while us humans have our lunch - grated cheese on toast today... haven't had that in sooo long!
***
Completely forgot that the spreadsheets are weekly, so I'll code and upload it tomorrow when I move the monthly photo's and video's of our senior puppy dog to it's permanent home.
***
Lunch today (cheese on toast) was quick, simple and yummy. Thank you Steve!
Got 3 photo's of the puppy to code and upload after I've taken my Calcium.
***
Just taken me second Calcium in 3 weeks and while the celebration isn't as significant as yesterday, my body really is noticeably relaxing now that I've taken them all again.
Time to code the three video's I've taken since shutting down for me lunch.
***
That's sorted now and my mobile is charging up so there won't be any more photo's or video's for at least the next half an hour, but more likely an hour.
Gotta do a lot of moving around on my site tomorrow: August's photo's and video's moved over to the puppy's 2019 page then there's the walkies spreadsheet to sort out both on the webpage and on my phone then sorting out the index page for the start of a new month as well as taking more photo's and video's of the puppy to put on the updated index page. Might be a short blog post tomorrow 🙄... busy but worth it!
***
Just worked out that I've got enough in my account atm to cover all of September's bills as well as 3 weeks shopping, so I'll be able to put the majority of my September payment into my savings which is awesome and I've already paid for Steve's birthday gift too, just waiting for it to be delivered now, which is one less thing to worry about.
I'm sooo much better at managing my money now than I was a few years ago, which is a huuuuge relief 😌
***
Just done a survey but I can't remember how much the reward was... prolly 20p or something like that?
***
That's a second survey completed, so time to dose me and the puppy dog up with our prescriptions then feed her.
***
We're both sorted for the rest of the day now, so I'm just gonna wait until my evening prescriptions start kicking in then I'll shut down and head to bed.
***
Blimey that was quick! They are kicking in already, so I'm gonna shut down and head to bed 🛏.
Nite nite orl! 💤

Friday 30th August 2019
Morning again everyone!
Time for me to have a banana and take my morning pills. I think, touch wood, that I'm getting into a routine now with all the pills that I take... especially the morning ones, 'cos I come downstairs, boot up my laptop, take my pills and get on with my day.
Got a medical appointment today and I've gotta try and remember to ask her how to pronounce the first third of my diagnosis 'cos I don't like not knowing how to pronounce it... I know how to to pronounce the middle word and pretty confident about the third word, it really is just the first word.
Gotta ask her about taking the Calcium again too with the newest prescription 'cos the patient information leaflet said something about it raising my Calcium levels, so I don't want to accidentally OD on it so just want to get a medical opinion on it... my poor body is screaming out for it, I just don't want to take any risks with it is all.
***
All four morning pills have gone down nice and easily... I hope that's an indication that I'm in for another good day today!
***
I CAN TAKE THE CALCIUM AGAIN!!!
Sorry to shout, but the last 3 weeks have been awful without it and my body is kinda screaming in excited relief! I also know how to pronounce all three words of my diagnosis too. The last 2 days have been awesomely good for my health.
I've gotta double the dose of my OAB pills from 1mg twice a day to 2mg twice a day and I've gotta go back and see the original doctor in 4 weeks time just to see how the new levels are going... but I'm sooo happy that things went so well with the appointment - such a huuuuge relief!! 😌
***
Just taken the first Calcium pill since the first week of August and my body kinda went "what the... I didn't realise we had lunchtime pills to take too... what are... oooooh! That feels sooo good! It'll take a while to build the supplies back up again, but it's good to have the full set of supplements being taken each day again!" My body is relaxing now that it's got everything it needs again. It's 8 pills (4 prescriptions and 4 supplements) a day in three sessions (3 supplements and first dose of the OAB pill first thing, Calcium at lunchtime and then 4 prescriptions at 7pm-ish) throughout the day, but it's soooo worth it for me! I'm giving my body everything it needs to function so any amount of pills is worth that!
There's vitamin B1 in the multi I take every morning, but I wander if I should start boosting that every day too, like I do with the B12? Or would that be too much??
***
Already bought a year's supply of all four supplements, so I'm gonna try and remember to order the Vitamin B Complex Tablets instead of just the B12 next year 'cos it covers B1 (Thiamin), B9 (Folic Acid) as well as B12 (Cyanocobalamin) which I was short of last time they were each checked and there's 100% of the NRV of each of 'em so it'll still be 8 tablets a day, but it will cover all 3 B vitamins instead of just the one. There's no dairy in it and they are suitable for vegetarians too, so I'm covered with everything in just one pill again. I could get used to this!
***
Steve's just said that I don't need to bribe him to cook any more... he said that the Jaffa Cakes are honestly starting to go off slightly, so he's finishing those off and he's got 3 Turkish Delight's left which'll take us to next Sunday and that's an empty container then. I'll still treat him unexpectedly and I know how to encourage him to cook for us every day now too, but now that he's motivated to do it he said he doesn't need any more bribes... I just hope he keeps up his motivation and we don't go back to at least one take-away a day again.
So proud of you, Steve!
***
Having a reasonably early night tonight... my legs are telling me they need to rest so I'm off to bed.
Nite nite orl!

I'll still treat him unexpectedly and I know how to encourage him to cook for us every day now too, but now that he's motivated to do it he said he doesn't need any more bribes... I just hope he keeps up his motivation and we don't go back to at least one take-away a day again.
So proud of you, Steve!

Thursday 29th August 2019
Mornin' all.
Still virus free and I reckon I'll use the option to shut down at the end of the virus scan each time from now on. It takes longer to boot up but it saves electricity and keeps the battery nice and cool too.
The back-ups worked first time this week with absolutely no stress or anxiety or anger or frustration or anything too, which was a huuuuge relief.
Time for me supplements now.
***
Prescription and supplements down the hatch - they went down really easily too... could that potentially mean that today is gonna be a rare good day? I certainly hope so!
***
Pazza and meat-free meatballs for lunch today. Wanna have my bath, ready for tomorrow first though!
***
Nope, pazza bol instead as long as Steve can find the mince in the freezer.
***
Third time's a charm, we're having sweet and sour Quorn bits instead lol
***
The only flavour in the sauce was a small chunk of pineapple... no other flavour at all. Very disappointing 😞
***
Goin' to have my bath now. BBS!
***
Back now! Other than the disappointing lunch, today is turning out to be a very good day for a change... I've achieved so much which may seem insignificant to you, but to me they are huge deals! Started off being virus free still and my laptop having shut down properly, then the backups were done and dusted first time, then my OAB pill and supplements went down easily, then the lunch which has been the only downer of the day so far, then having a bath and getting dressed without getting at all stressed out about it and I remembered to add more bubble bath to the grocery shop too! Very minor to most people, I realise that, but so many positives today is awesome for me and has done wonders for my mental health and motivation too! 😄
***
Been taking the OAB pills for exactly 3 weeks now and they've been working for 2 weeks of that. The PIP lady yesterday said I should ask to be tested for an infection but I bet I'll forget tomorrow lol
***
Archaeologists have made a major breakthrough in Egypt ~ they have found a tomb of an ancient king embalmed in chocolate ~ His name is Pharaoh Roche!
***
I ate a clock 🕓 yesterday,
it was very time consuming
***
I'm off to bed now... today has been a very good day and I appreciate every moment of it.
