Just made lunch for my carer (corned beef sarnies) and for myself (four slices of bread) ready for our groceries being delivered this afternoon and I wanted to share the photo of my lunch with you all before I forgot:
Apparently I'm gonna be the only one having breakfast tomorrow and we're having toast for lunch so that we can hopefully pretty much use up the loaf of bread. I'm hoping for a cooked lunch every day until the weekend after that though, but I'm neither holding my breath nor having much hope that it'll actually happen. Assuming we do have toast for lunch, it'll just be the breakfast photos tomorrow 'cos I doubt I will feel stable enough to stand for too long after making it, so I might just have a couple of slices half way through so that I do actually eat something, but that'll mean no lunch photo tomorrow.
