Bea (my morning carer) is absolutely incredible!

The hallway light has been significantly flickering since before Steve was taken in to hospital so I haven't been using the hall light in case it caused a fire or whatever, but I remembered to ask Bea to change it and post a letter for me this morning in addition to helping me to get washed and dressed and she immediately did it for me, then I got washed and dressed, she made my breakfast for me, cleaned up a bit more of the kitchen then took the letter to post - all she is supposed to do is help me to get washed and dressed but the other 3 things this morning have been absolutely incredible.

If there were more carers (and people in general) like Bea, the caring world would be so much better and the world would be a much kinder, caring, thoughtful, supportive and just generally better world!

I'm gonna put my breakfast photo up on here and Instagram then get Steve's kitchen stool emptied so that I can be ready for the collection at some point today, between 10am and 5pm.

Bea really starts my day off fantastically so the weekend carers have got a huge expectation to live up to now  😃
