I'd always thought it was chocolate that I was addicted to, but it's not, it's the sweetness as opposed to the cocoa!
The overwhelming craving I've had for chocolate all week has completely disappeared now, just by eating a pot of sultanas!
I'm now wondering if the sweetness craving is my body's way of saying that my blood sugar levels are dropping or something like that?
I doubt I'm diabetic... but maybe there's something missing in my diet that my body needs?
I've got a can of fruit cocktail in the kitchen, so next time I crave chocolate I'll have that to see if I get the same reaction to it!
