A second total veg-fest day on the trot and having so much veg is a shock to the system but when my body has a chance to start processing it, I feel soo much better for the rest of the afternoon and I slept considerably better last night too, so maybe it was the lack of veg in my diet that I was missing for the first few weeks?
Today's lunch was a huge plateful of breaded garlic mushrooms, a serving of sliced frozen mushrooms and I finished off the packet of mixed root vegetable fries that I started yesterday.
I'm belching like a good'un again but my body is already waking up and I haven't needed the extra boost from the B12 spray since Monday, so I'm obviously giving my body what it needs now and long may it continue!
