I seriously underestimated how much cereal was left yesterday so I could have had more yesterday and less today, but hey ho, not to worry eh?
I finished off the box of choco crackles with soya milk and an orange juice for breakfast this morning so I really can get through a week with just a single box of cereal, not two like I thought.
I'm pondering on having the first third of the 5 portion smoothie bottle for a mid-morning snack today but at least one, potentially two of my support team are due out to see me this afternoon and I don't wanna be feeling sick while they're here. If I stick to just 250ml I'll hopefully be OK, but I dunno if I should risk it or not... what do you reckon I should do please?
