How are you all doing this morning?

Me?

I'm a touch cold so I'm gonna put my sleeved blanket on when my morning carer has been and gone.

I've popped my first pills of the day and I think I'm gonna squirt some B12 too 'cos it feels like my body is struggling more than normal atm.

OK, that's squirted and is starting to take effect already, so that's good.

I remembered to put my keys on this morning and my bag is on the sofa next to me along with my phone case, so I've just gotta remember to pick it all up and put it on my quad cane when my carer has been and gone.

The daily virus scan was clear and there won't be any rubbish or recycling going out today 'cos there's so little of it.  The plastic will definitely have to go out next week though!

I'm gonna do my laps when I get home then try writing another chapter, ready for the focus to be on the book all of next week.

This blog post is waaay too long, so I'm gonna publish it, put my to-do list up and get ready for my carer to arrive.
