Today's breakfast was the same as most other days - 2 slices of wholemeal toast with dairy-free spread and a 250ml bottle of orange juice.
Lunch for the next 4 days (ie until Saturday) is gonna be a break from my usual baked beans or spaghetti 'cos it'll be an onion bhaji, a vegetable samosa and a few olives just for a change.
