My lunch today was the leftovers from the lunch I had with my in-laws yesterday - 2.5 servings of a vegan family roast, roast potato slices and runner beans. As of tomorrow, it's back to the baked beans or tinned spaghetti again. The last 5 days were a pleasant change, but it's back to cooked meals tomorrow instead of just sliding things out of containers, onto the plate then using their phone for the other 13 minutes before taking their PPE off, putting their coats and bags back on then signing out 10 minutes early. Depending on which carers I get this week, depends on how much of the cooking I do - if I get one of the good ones they delicately waft the top of the spatula over the top of the beans/spaghetti until it bubbles then plate it up for me... the bad ones just stand there using their phone while I struggle with it, but that's not so bad - I'm used to doing the cooking while they claim the credit now <shrug>
