Just got...

...the window for tomorrow's collection and it's between 11am and 1.30pm so I'll be able to have my breakfast and virus scan and hopefully backups in time and I'm gonna move the box into the hall as soon as I've finished my exercises (assuming I have a high enough 'Morning Stability' score of course) then relax.  It'll potentially be a late lunch, but that's OK.

It'll be good to finally get rid of it all as it wasn't wanted by anyone on Freegle and I'll be able to sort out the mugs and last cupboard when the box has been picked up too.

I bet they will come to the door when I'm in the bathroom if Loki is feeling particularly chaotic tomorrow! lol

I was going to try my first ever chicory for lunch today, but I don't trust myself to hack off the bottom stump/root type area, so I've put all three of them onto Olio and I'm just having a sleeve of pink wafer biscuits for my lunch today and moving everything on the menu up by two days then I'll have hash brown bites and vegan chicken pieces on Friday.  I know that I can't have chicory or butternut squash now though, but I'd prefer not to risk the knife slipping and chopping my fingers off.

It's now, officially...

...mince pie season, apparently <drool>  I've got 6 boxes of mince pies on next week's grocery order, so I'll be able to snack on a box of those each day instead of crisps and chocolates.

I don't celebrate Christmas or even Yule any more (because we lost Steve at the Pagan equivalent of midnight on Christmas Day) but I'm not gonna turn my nose up at the sugary delights of mince pies and treat-sized chocolates lol

I've decided to keep having the Weetabix instead of toast for breakfast during the colder months so that there's enough room in the freezer for my lunch proteins now that I'm allowed to eat properly for lunches.  Gotta try and remember to snack on toast rather than crisps until the loaf is finished so that I can get a bit more room in the freezer after that.

Mornin' all

Well, I didn't manage an early night after all last night so I'm even more poopey-dooped this morning.

I remembered to do my monthly check-in thing on my Visible app and apparently I was 1.8 for August which was an improvement of 0.1 so that's good news.  I got a 'Morning Stability' score of 3 so I'll do my laps and exercises after lunch today.

I've taken my blood pressure which was 125 and popped my 11 morning pills with my only breakfast.  I was going to have a solid breakfast but decided against it in case my first ever chicory fills me up at lunchtime.

It's grocery day today and I put the bags in front of the door before I went to bed yesterday, so that's all done and dusted.

I'm absolutely knackered so I'm gonna use my B12 spray instead of caffeine today.

The virus scan was reassuringly clear, so it's time to get today's breakfast photo up, then today's to-do list, then go and make myself my first drinking choccie of the month.
