Wednesday 2nd October 2019

Morning all.

Just taken my Folic Acid and don't feel sick at all, so I obviously need to take that on an empty stomach and the OAB pills when there's something lining it.  Gonna have a fruit pie so that I can take my OAB pill, then take me supplements.

The virus scan started this morning but had to restart before it started, so it was 8.30am before it properly started, but that's OK 'cos it finishes in the early hours then shuts down my machine.

I've said to Steve that I wanna practise going up and down slopes today in preparation for my appointment on Monday morning.  I've done it a few times before without falling over, it's purely to increase my confidence.  Assuming that goes OK, next week it'll be on and off kerbs alone and I want Steve there again, purely to give me confidence that I can do it.  I've got a quad cane so there's no way it'll fall over even if I let go of the handle, I just need to increase my confidence in using it is all.  Slowly but surely is the way to go and I know I can do it 'cos there's a slope into the car park of my doctor's surgery, which is why I want to build my confidence in that first.
➰➰➰

That's the morning pills taken and I feel fine atm, so as long as I keep taking the Folic Acid on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning, I'll be fine and dandy.
➰➰➰

Just moved over the mortgage money and I've told Steve that if the software and page are finished by the end of the month then he doesn't have to pay it back, but if it's not, I want the full £2600 refunded.  Don't see why I should have to pay for something in advance, that turns out to be over budget and overdue.  😠  None of his other customers pay in advance or nearly double the price, so why should I just because I'm married to him❓ 😠
➰➰➰

Steve's just said that he'll walk with me and the pup, but not just me... knew that would happen 😞  I'm gonna finish my mug of coffee then go out and do it alone.  Again.  😠  I just wanna learn to do it alone so that I'm not stuck outside the docs 'cos I can't go down the slopey bit.  Maybe it's a blessing in disguise though❓  With Steve not coming with me, I've got no choice but to cope with it alone, just like when Steve's dad takes me to the doctor on Monday.  I know I'll be OK, I just need to work on my confidence is all... need to learn to trust the quad cane instead of barely using it is all.
➰➰➰

Just done it, totally alone and very unsteadily, but I did it❗❗❗  πŸ†  Gonna give it a couple of hours to recover a bit then try again.  I'm gonna keep trying until I've built up confidence in myself and the quad cane.  Just need to take things slowly and keep pushing myself is all.  I'm determined that it will happen by the end of October 'cos I've barely used the quad cane since I got it back at the end of August 2013 and it's pointless having it if I don't use it❗
➰➰➰

Another 1½ times, which is a total of 2½ times up and down slopes in about 20 minutes.  That's it now though until I've had me lunch and I'll try again at least once more this afternoon.  My confidence is already a lot better, but my anxiety and exhaustion are through the roof so I'm gonna give myself a couple of hours before I try again.  I will achieve it, slowly but surely, before Monday.  Steve not coming was definitely a blessing in disguise because I had no choice but to do it alone, just like I will have to on Monday.  Soooo proud of myself 😌
➰➰➰

This describes why I'm so determined to tackle slopes today:

I will conquer slopes by the end of the day and then gradually work on my confidence levels.
➰➰➰

Just taken me daily Calcium - went down nice and easily this afternoon, thankfully.  We're having zoop for lunch because of the weekly virus scan and Steve's cooking the last batch of veggie sausage rolls to celebrate part one of the slopes then we're celebrating again this evening after doing part two of the slopes after lunch.  Can't wait❗
➰➰➰

Didn't manage the second set of slopes after all, but tomorrow is a new day and I'm not going to give up until I've done it and I'm not constantly anxious about every step.  It'll be so hard but so worth it too.  Time for me prescriptions now though... gonna have an early night too - think I deserve it 🀣
➰➰➰

That's me prescriptions down the hatch so I'm gonna head straight to bed πŸ›Œ I reckon.

Nite nite orl  πŸ’€

Tuesday 1st October 2019

Mornin' all.

Pinch an' a punch for the first of the month and all that jazz.

Gonna try to decrease my use of exclamation marks instead of using them at the end of almost every sentence 🀣  Wanna try to use more smilies and images and stuff too - wanna make full use of all the things available in the toolbar of the writing page instead of just the smiling (😁 or πŸ˜ƒ), laughing (🀣), exclamation marks (❗), occasionally question marks (❓) and the icon I use as the divider (➰➰➰).  Gonna do proper paragraphs too with more than a single sentence in it.  Wish me luck❗ 😁
➰➰➰

Taken the puppy 🐢 out for her morning stroll, just the normal length today, but that's OK 'cos I walked over a mile and almost 2,500 steps, in 42 minutes with her yesterday, which is my daily target in under an hour, so 1,000 steps in 12 minutes today was a relief πŸ˜ƒ She did another huuuuge wee but no poo this morning which was a massive relief after picking up her poo yesterday on top of the marathon we walked.
➰➰➰

Taken me OAB prescription and 4 morning supplements, so I'm all set until lunchtime now.  Gonna order some more 5 HTP and a years supply of the B12 so that Steve can have the B12 I've already got to see if it's that which helped my irritability when it was low.  Need some more 5 HTP soon anyway so might as well get the B12 at the same time.  Gonna see if they've got any Vegan folic acid I can take too, 'cos my GP called yesterday afternoon and said I was low in it, so has prescribed me some pills to correct it so wanna keep on with that after the pills have finished, like I'm doing with the B12.  It'll be 10 pills a day instead of my current 9 but if my body needs it then it's worth it 😁
➰➰➰

Seriously impressed with Simply Supplements❗  Just bought 4 months supply of 5 HTP and a years supply of a vitamin B complex that not only has B12 in it, but Folic Acid too as well as Thiamin which are all 100% of the NRV, so I'll still be taking 9 pills a day but covering both the B12 and Folic Acid as well as the Thiamin that caused my neurological problems to begin with.  If you are in the UK and looking for an amazing supplement company, as well as 10% off your first order, just follow that link up there ⮙⮙, fill yer basket and pop my name (Amanda George) and email address (amanda.k.george@googlemail.com) into the 'referred by a friend?' box et voila❗
➰➰➰

That's impressive speed by the pharmacy❗  They've just delivered my Folic Acid and it was only prescribed and sent over to them yesterday afternoon❗  I've gotta take 1 a day for 3 months then one every other day, potentially for the rest of my life so that I can be sure I'm getting everything my body needs.  Assuming it doesn't make me nauseous, that's OK though.  Up to 10 pills a day now though 🀣  Might take the Folic Acid at lunchtime along with the Calcium so that the pills are spaced out better.  Just set up the reminder on my phone so hopefully I'll get into the habit of taking 2 pills after lunch, instead of just the 1.
➰➰➰

The puppy has just gone again 😒, but only until Thursday this time πŸ˜ƒ... yaaaaaaay❗❗  Only a day and a half without her this week then, which is sooo totally awesome πŸ‘.  I'm missing her already but I've only got to get through today and tomorrow without her before she comes home again πŸ‘Œ.
➰➰➰

The flu jab had to be re-arranged because of a delay in their supply, so it's now on Samhain (31st October) between 2pm and 6pm.  I'm hoping to be able to be taken down there ready for when it starts so that it's done and out of the way.  I'm hoping Steve'll fill in the carers form so that I can take that with me on Monday too.  He's got until I go to bed on Sunday to do it in so that there's enough time to get it sorted and bagged ready for the early start on Monday (the appointment is at 9.35am so I'm guessing I'll be picked up at about 9am 🀣).  I just want to be ready to pick up the form and head out of the door... gotta remember to have a bath and shave on the Sunday though, so that I don't embarrass myself with hairy pits 🀣  Might see if I can find a t-shirt to wear under my cardi so that I don't have to get half undressed just for the jab, like I did with the blood test 🀣
➰➰➰

Just taken the first prescribed Folic Acid and it made me feel very sick, very quickly.  Thankfully I haven't thrown up and the ginger beer is kicking in now, so maybe I need to take it on an empty stomach instead of a full one❓  Might try that tomorrow... come down, take the Folic Acid, have an orange then my first OAB pill and supplements❓  Either that or I'm the 1 in 1,000 who gets a side effect from it❗  That'd be just my luck 🀣
➰➰➰

I love how easy that was❗  I saw an ad for Reassured on Facebook offering life insurance for 20p a day so I visited the site and filled in the form.  They phoned my mobile and I was totally honest about my illnesses.  Considering how screwed up I am both mentally and physically, I was quoted £300,000 worth of cover over 40 years for only £46.40 a month which is sooo awesome❗  Considering a funeral costs £3,000 to £5,000, it'll still leave a minimum of £295,000 for Steve to play with when I've kicked the bucket and I'm covered as soon as I'm approved by the insurer too❗  The price won't go up at all during the entire insurance period either which is even better.  I can't recommend Reassured enough if you are looking for life insurance in the UK atm, but your quotes are too high for you to be able to afford❗
➰➰➰

Off to πŸ›Œbeddy-byes now.  Feeling so proud of myself for writing in paragraphs instead of sentences between each border... just gotta remember to do that for the rest of the time so that it becomes a new routine now πŸ˜„

Nite nite orl... sea ewe orl 2morro❗
➰➰➰

Monday 30th September 2019

Mornin' all.

As always happens, I got zero support yesterday on one of only 3 days a year that I need it... no PMs, no emails, no texts, no nothing.  Bet it'll be the same on Sunday too, as well as 7th April.  They expect me to be there for them 365 days a year, but ignore me on the 3 days that I need their support.

I'm sooo fed up of it.  I'm all yours for 362 days a year, but nobody wants to support me the other 3 days  😠
➰➰➰

Just walked the marathon with the puppy and I've already smashed the entire days steps target... not quite 9am and I've already walked 3,397 steps as well as walking for 43 minutes and 1.35 miles so I'm not going to be able to go further than the bathroom for the rest of today 🀣

Time to take my first dose of pills and recover now.
➰➰➰

Got 7 photo's and 2 video's of the puppy dog that I'm currently uploading to YouTube then I'll get it sorted on my site... BBS.
➰➰➰

And another 3 photo's makes 10 in about 4 hours 🀣
➰➰➰

Just seen this on Facebook:

Sorry, but it made me  🀣
➰➰➰

Nearly 4,000 steps and 1.54 miles walked already today... feeling really proud of myself considering it's just before 2pm❗
➰➰➰

4184 steps and 1.67 miles just before 3.30pm❗  Total aceness❗
➰➰➰

So true.
➰➰➰

Taken me prescriptions so just waiting for the puppy to be picked up then I can head to bed.
➰➰➰

Steve's just heard from his cousin about Mitzi... she's spending another night with us❗❗❗  Yaaaaay

I can now head to bed for an earlyish❗ night... 4,655 steps and 1.85 miles thanks to the marathon Monday walk this morning has really impressed me - easily pleased, me❗ 🀣

Nite nite orl❗ πŸŒ›  Sea ewe in the morning❗
➰➰➰

Sunday 29th September 2019

Morning all.

Today is gonna be a difficult day 'cos 23 years ago I lost my first twin and I'm now infertile so my twins were my only chance to have children too  😭
➰➰➰

That's the rubbish, recycling and food waste sorted, time to walk the puppy now.
➰➰➰

Taken some photo's of the puppy, so need to remember to code and upload those when we get back.
➰➰➰

Taken me supplements and they were OK today.  Not the easiest but not the hardest either.
➰➰➰

The puppy wee'd a huuuuge wee and poo'd on her walk so I cleared it up and carried on.  We did another up and down today because the puppy carried on walking instead of coming home.  Time to update the spreadsheet and put that and the photo's on my homepage.
➰➰➰

That's the pages sorted and I've just taken another 3 photo's of the puppy, so time to sort those out now❗
➰➰➰

The newest 3 photo's are up now.
➰➰➰

Literally just (12.59pm) met my target of 2,500 steps and walked a mile so far today already.  Totally awesome❗
➰➰➰

Just had a reminder to take the Calcium, so I'll BRB
➰➰➰

That's the Calcium down the hatch... not too bad today, only 2 mouthfuls of squash for all the crumbs which is awesome❗
➰➰➰

Forgot to feed the puppy at lunchtime❗  Woops❗  She's been fed both meals in one now though, so that's it until tomorrow morning.
➰➰➰

There's a Windows update currently installing on my laptop that apparently takes a couple of hours so I'm finishing off this post on my phone then taking my last pills of the day and heading to bed for an early night now, so I'll see you all tomorrow.

Nite nite orl!

Saturday 28th September 2019

Morning all

Woke up late this morning... 8am instead of my usual 7am for some bizarre reason.  Don't feel tired or anything and went to bed and fell asleep just before 10pm so my body obviously needed that extra hour❗  We got our hair's cut yesterday so maybe that's why I needed the extra hour❓

Gonna walk and feed the puppy now.
➰➰➰

Our normal length walk today and the FitBit app is showing 13 minutes now, which was, apparently, the length of our walk so it'll be interesting to see what happens on Monday now that it's totally working❗
➰➰➰

Just taken the longest ever video of the puppy... 7 minutes and 15 seconds!!

Got 3 photo's of the puppy with Steve to add too.  Hold on and I'll do that now before I forget.
➰➰➰

And another photo❗
➰➰➰

Gotta have something to eat and take my 5 morning pills now, before I forget.
➰➰➰

And another couple... really have got to take my pills before I forget now though 🀣
➰➰➰

That's me 5 morning pills taken, 2 hours later than normal which means I won't be able to take the Calcium until about 3pm, but that's just how it goes sometimes.  Not the worst day for taking them but far from the best too, unfortunately.
➰➰➰

Quorn lasagne for lunch for me a sausage sandwiches for Steve today apparently.  Yumsk  πŸ˜‹
➰➰➰

Steve doesn't know how long the lasagne had been in the small freezer and it tasted surprisingly meaty... maybe the flavour becomes meatier the more it's frozen❓
➰➰➰

Just (2.45pm) asked Steve to phone his mum about Marie bringing the saw over with her so that I can chop down the tree that's regrowing.  I've also asked him to request that she hires a trailer to put the toilets, cisterns and poofe into so that I can practise my walking in the back yard.  Right now there's a small gangway that I squeeze through to clear up the pup's poo.  It's just one job that needs to be done then that's it❗
➰➰➰

Just taken me Calcium and finished off a bottle of squash with it.
➰➰➰

Steve said, at 4.45pm, in total frustration with me that he would contact his brother about coming over to clear the back yard.  I just want it all gone and the sooner the better.
➰➰➰

Having a well-deserved early night.  πŸ›Œ

Be back in the morning.

Nite nite orl!  πŸŒ›
➰➰➰

Friday 27th September 2019

Mornin' all.

Today has high pollen counts 'cos I woke up sneezing at 6.30am and my eyes quickly started watering too.

The FitBit says that I slept for 9 hours and 19 minutes overnight which is really useful to know.

Found the FitBit forums so I'm gonna ask on there if there's a way to securely fasten the extension better so that I'm not so paranoid about it coming off my ankle, and I'm also gonna ask if there's a way to automatically get a report sent to my email address too, 'cos I'm 98% sure that I read somewhere on the FitBit site that it would automatically send the report when it resets itself at midnight.
➰➰➰

OK, so it's a weekly report, rather than daily so I can now stop worrying about that... just need to find out if there's a more secure way to attach the extension.

Assuming I get the report and there's a way to securely attach the extension then I'm sold on the FitBit❗
➰➰➰

Gonna shut down to go and get me hair cut again now... BBL8R❗
➰➰➰

Back now❗

Gonna feed and water the puppy so that she doesn't get too thirsty or explode her bladder.
➰➰➰

Been fiddling around with the FitBit app since we got home and I've already walked almost a mile today and we haven't had our lunch yet❗
➰➰➰

Decided to up my target daily steps to 3,000 steps and the target miles to 1.5 miles a day... we shall see how I go with that.
➰➰➰

Worked out that the calories out is what I burn and I've worked out how to add my meal things so that it comes up as calories in... just hope I remember how to do it when we have our tea tonight and my breakfast in the morning❗

Still don't know how to get the lightning bolt to move though  😞
➰➰➰

Just had a reply to my message on the FitBit site and apparently it only starts recording "Active Minutes" (the lightening bolt) for ten minutes at a time.  There's no way that I'm stable enough to stay on my feet for that long, so I'll just ignore that icon for my own safety  😊  Just relieved 😌 that I haven't broken it already πŸ‘Œ
➰➰➰

Just taken me last 3 pills of the day, an hour and a half later than I'd hoped, but they are starting to kick in already so I'm gonna head to bed πŸ›Œ now.

Nite nite πŸŒ™ orl.
➰➰➰

Thursday, 26 September 2019

Thursday 26th September 2019

Mornin' all.

The puppy's coming home today❗❗❗

This afternoon to be exact❗  Can't wait❗

Gonna have a shower and wash my hair when the backups have finished.  The full virus scan finished at about 2.45am and shut my laptop down, so it's just the backups now then that's me sorted for another week.

Time for me supplements while I'm waiting for my documents to finish off backing up.
➰➰➰

First pills of the day are swallowed - pretty easily this morning.  Not the easiest ever but not the worst either, which hopefully means that today won't be too bad.
➰➰➰

The FitBit has just arrived... hope it lasts longer than the first one (3 months) lol  It's already better than the second one 'cos it actually turns on 🀣
➰➰➰

Gotta download the app onto my likkle laptop - brb❗
➰➰➰

Just activated my account and gotta charge it up before I use it apparently 'cos there's some kind of update to it.  Hope it doesn't take long❗
➰➰➰

That's the Calcium swallowed and my FitBit is smiling at me now, instead of telling me how full the battery is, so maybe that means it's fully charged❓❓
➰➰➰

Steve's just given me a 10 minute warning for lunch, so I'll hopefully remember to get the FitBit set up after we've eaten, 'cos apparently it'll take "at least 30 minutes".

BBS❗
➰➰➰

That was a yummy lunch!  Pasta and meat-free balls!  The cheese was a touch too strong and overpowering, but other than that it was good❗

Time to update the FitBit now.
➰➰➰

The puppy's hoooommmmmeeee!!!
➰➰➰

Just taken the puppy out for our daily stroll - total extra's already this week, after only walking her for 2 days, is already 1200% extra and that's taking off the whole week's walks too.  Weekly total percents without taking any at all is 1900% in only two days (Monday and today) because she was taken back to Steve's cousin on Monday afternoon and didn't get back until this afternoon, so that's not bad going at all❗
➰➰➰

I'm already enjoying having the Fitbit and as long as it keeps working beyond the New Year, it'll be getting a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review from me.  Apparently it automatically logs your sleep and it's water resistent up to 50 metres, I've just got to thoroughly dry it after it gets wet, which is to be expected.  The app is linked to my email address on the laptop rather than on my phone so I'll see what happens when I sign in tomorrow❗  It keeps track of what you eat and drink too which was a pleasant surprise... wonder if it'll put that in the report dooberry too❓

I've set my target daily steps to the minimum of 2000 (it won't go any lower) and I've already done 1,297 of 'em in about 5 hours which is awesome, especially as it seems to count side steps too.

Since lunchtime, I've already walked just over half a mile too, just from going to the bathroom, the kitchen and walking the puppy, which is awesome❗
➰➰➰

I've increased my daily steps target from 2000 a day (which I achieved in about 4 hours) to 3500 a day.  If that's easily achievable tomorrow then I'll up it to 5000 steps a day, which is only 3000 steps off a healthy person's average according to the app.  I can sooo do this... it's already motivated me to walk the puppy which I wasn't intending to do this morning before I got it.  I'll see what it's like after a week and take it from there πŸ˜„
➰➰➰

Just taken me last three pills of the day so I'm gonna head to πŸ›beddy-byesπŸ›Œ now for an early night... bet I'm still awake at 10pm though 🀣

Nite nite orl πŸŒ™
➰➰➰

Wednesday, 25 September 2019

Wednesday 25th September 2019

Mornin' all.

The virus scan and laptop behaved first time this morning... is that an indication that my pills are gonna go down easily and maybe even a good day❓  I certainly hope so❗
➰➰➰

The five pills all went down really easily, so hopefully that's an indication that today is gonna be a good day❗
➰➰➰

Just bought meself a FitBit that'll be here tomorrow.  £65 but it does everything I want and has a year long warranty in case that goes wrong too.  Expensive but hopefully worth it.
➰➰➰

Back from the blood test now.  Was there just gone 2pm, my appointment was 2.30pm so I was prepared to have to wait around for a loooong while but I was in at just gone 2.15pm and out by 2.20pm and back home again by 2.30pm❗

T'was a flippin' huuuuge needle that I regretted seeing immediately, 'cos my veins usually collapse with things like that which is why I turn my head away.  It was a good 5cm long but I barely felt the needle go in so the phlebotomist must have found a particularly good vein or something❗ 🀣

I opened a letter when I came home for my flu jab and there's a form to fill in 'cos Steve's my carer that needs to be returned to the surgery.  If I'd opened it this morning I could have taken it with me this afternoon πŸ™„
➰➰➰

Just spoken to me mum on the phone πŸ“ž - it was good to hear her voice again and I'm missing seeing her even more now❗  πŸ˜”
➰➰➰

I'm gonna head to bed πŸ›Œ now I reckon.

Nite nite πŸŒ™ orl.
➰➰➰

Tuesday, 24 September 2019

Tuesday 24th September 2019

Mornin' all.

I'm already missing the puppy dog and it's not even 18 hours since she went❗  Not that I'm counting or anything 🀣  I'm sure she's fine and all that jazz, but the house feels empty without her here❗
➰➰➰

Taken me first 5 pills of the day.  They went down relatively easily (not the best but far from the worst too), so hopefully today will be an OK-ish day.
➰➰➰

Just agreed to review a book aimed at Young Adults, but my anti-virus programme needs to restart my laptop, so gonna do that now... brb❗
➰➰➰

I don't usually talk about politics to anyone publically, but will listen to other people's opinions respectfully whether their views are the same as mine or not, but this a rare occasion so I'm gonna express my views publically for a change... don't get used to it though, it's a rare occurance that I'm commenting on so I think it deserves a rare, public, political opinion from me.

Our Prime Minister's decision to prorogue parliment for 5 weeks, has been found unlawful, which means that he intentionally lied to Her Majesty (the Queen of the British Empire).  Not just by one or two votes difference, but unanimously, by all of the 11 judges❗❗

I personally reckon Brexit should be cancelled entirely and that our PM should be locked in the Tower of London for life.  I would love to say that he should be put in the stocks and pounded with rotten fruit for 5 hours a day, every day, for at least a month (I realise that this happened back in the 15-17th century according to Steve, which is sooo historical and far from modern, but so is what the PM has done, IMNSHO).  There should also be another General Election and hopefully, at some point in the near future, a law that no MP (or potential MP during the approach to an election) is allowed to lie to not only HM the Queen but to the voters too!  If there was more honesty in the Government then there would, potentially, not only be more voters but a happier democracy too❗

End of my political opinions, normal service will be resumed after lunch lol
➰➰➰

That's the Calcium taken, so I'm sorted for pills until 7pm-ish tonight.  I've decided that I am going to take my supplements tomorrow morning, just like every morning, so that the blood test will get an accurate view of all my levels.  I'll warn the Phlebotomist that I've taken them a few hours before the blood test, so any spike is to be expected.

Might phone my GP surgery just to check that that's the right thing to do when they re-open at 2pm as much for reassurance as anything.  If they say not to take them then I won't, but if they give their blessing to take them then I will, for the moment though I will take them.  You watch me forget to call them now though 🀣
➰➰➰

Just heard about taking the supplements and I can still take them tomorrow morning❗  Yes❗❗❗  Didn't remember to call until 5.45pm though - completely forgot, just as I predicted at lunchtime 🀣  Means I won't be struggling through the morning, which is even better❗  πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘
➰➰➰

Taken me last 3 pills of the day, so I can finish reading this book then review it before heading to bed.
➰➰➰

Just finished reading and reviewing the book, so I'm off to bed now.  πŸ›Œ

Nite nite orl!  😴
➰➰➰

Monday, 23 September 2019

Monday 23rd September 2019

Morning all.

Was awake before 6.30am πŸ•‘ and couldn't get back to sleep so came down here and started up my laptop.  At the more sensible time of 7.45am I took the puppy out for our morning stroll... she was at the bottom of the stairs to get her harness on before I'd even sat down❗ 🀣

We did our normal marathon walk and my OCD has definitely improved since we've had her 'cos it doesn't make me so anxious if I've forgotten how many up and down's we've done now.  I also listen to my God and Goddess for how many we've done when I forget... they were arguing this morning though❗ 🀣

When we got home over half an hour later, I asked her to sit for her food and she actually did this time❗  Yaaaay❗  Time for some food and my morning pills now.
➰➰➰

That's me 5 morning pills taken and a couple of course bundles bought, so time to update my navigation page with all the courses now... that'll keep me busy until lunchtime❗
➰➰➰

That's the navigation page coded and uploaded... one of the courses is over 160 modules!!!  🀯  That's gonna take me forever to complete and I know I'll forget what I learnt in module 2 by the time I get to the end of course assessment❗  I have enough trouble with a day long course and this one is gonna take at least a week, if not 2 weeks❗❗
➰➰➰

Just taken 6 photo's of the puppy dog while Steve was in the bathroom!  They are all on my homepage now, along with the video from this morning.  She's going back with Helen today and coming back home on Thursday this week and we're getting our hair cut on Friday so Steve will see his family more in a week than I've seen my mum in 9 years again.  Not happy at all.
➰➰➰

That's the Calcium down the hatch.  That's it now until this evening when the shopping has been and gone and the puppy has disappeared (until Thursday) too.

Just back from the appointment.  The OAB pills are now, officially, on my repeat prescriptions.  Dr B has hopefully (I'll have to check to be totally sure) sent the prescription over to the pharmacy so hopefully it'll be delivered either Friday or Saturday.  Just gonna check while I remember, hold on❗

Yeah, it was prescribed today and there are no outstanding prescription requests so it seems like it's gone straight to the pharmacy, thankfully.

The puppy's just gone again❗  😒  I know it's for the same length of time as last week but it feels so much longer 😒
