...if my carer gets here before 9am, can someone remind me to turn the emersion on for an hour then have a shower and wash my hair for the first time since January.
I'll need to grab my non-greasy brush and Alice band while I'm upstairs too, so that I can keep my hair out of my face while it's drying naturally and won't have an annoying kink in it where the ponytail goes lol
