My carer did it all today, except literally getting the can out of the cupboard.
It was a 2 servings can of baked beans for lunch today and I realised that despite having them for usually 3 meals a week, they don't affect my bottom any more - no more nasty noises or smells coming from my bottom even though they aren't peppered any more!
I've still gotta consume 784 calories to even hit the minimum today so I really dunno how I'm gonna manage that without resorting to chocolate. I've got high calorie crisps that might just about see me to the minimum, but I really don't feel like I need to eat anything else now... it really is empty calories that I'll be having and potentially making myself bloated too.
