What's even better...

...is that I've managed to lose 850g in the last 5.5 days, so I'm right on track for hitting the magic 50kg in the next couple of weeks and I won't be pushing myself so hard to do the laps or feel bad about having the me-friendly/high calorie spread on my toast each morning... although maybe I won't have it every day, just the days when I don't have too many calories inside me (like today) I'll have it the next day or for an afternoon snack or whatever, just not for every breakfast like I have been.
