My hearing is back to being blocked again, unfortunately, so I've put more drops in, hopefully to get it back in time for my medical appointment this morning.
I've got my glass of water on the go and I'm about to pop my morning pills - hold on while I do that now... OK, done.
Gonna do my laps again today, but it'll have to be after my groceries have been delivered... gotta remember to put in my next order too.
The daily virus scan was still clear, thankfully, so it's time to publish this and hopefully put up today's to-do list before my carer arrives.
