Go to medical appointment- I'm a kilo underweight apparently... my BMI is 19.85 and it needs to be at least 20 so my scales are 2kg out and I need to put on weight and keep it on rather than maintain it so the laps are a no-go for a while and I've gotta stock up on high calorie foods and drinks that I can make myself 'cos my lunchtime carers leave in the time it takes to boil the kettle 1½ times (aka 8 minutes) so it needs to be things that I can do alone- Take pre-carer visit video of kitchen and bathroom
