Had a busy morning so far, but I can't remember what I've already done lol My carer was awake when I came downstairs, so I made him an early breakfast and then made my own (just a single breakfast today lol) and took our juice bottles out to be recycled. I've weighed myself and I've put on 300g this week, so I'm over 2kg overweight again now, so I'm gonna re-start the strolls around the house and back yard again to try and lose that extra weight. I've gotta remember to phone my doctors surgery later to try and find out what weight I should be aiming for - my head's telling me it's 60 but the NHS site says 50! I just wanna be the weight I should be and need to know if I need to lose 2kg or 12kg!
I've had me breakfast and taken my morning pills - waaay too much milk and sugar this morning and the sharpness of the juice on top of that was even worse lol

I'm pondering on going back to making one looooong post a day (other than news, reviews and photos) for a while, but dunno if I'd remember to publish it before I headed to bed! What do you reckon I should do please?
