So far today I've:
- woken up (obviously)
- taken my morning pills
- made myself a drinking chocolate
- run the daily virus scan
- rearranged collection by Royal Mail for tomorrow
- had my breakfast (a bottle of orange juice)
- disposed of the out of date yoghurts
- put in my next grocery order
- got washed and dressed
- made myself a decaff coffee
and I'm now too exhausted and in too much pain to do anything else.
Wanna try and tick a few more things off my daily to-do list before my lunchtime carer comes, but right now I'm just not safe enough on my feet. I'll try calling the pharmacy when they open at 9am 'cos I can get that sorted while I'm sitting down. I'm gonna have a packet of high-calorie crisps every afternoon so that I can get enough calories into me each day - far from healthy, but better than risking going underweight again.
Let's get today's to-do list sorted shall we?
