I had a poorly bottom yesterday so these were my first proper meals for 2 days and I couldn't get them up any earlier 'cos of my weekly virus scan and backups then doing my physio.
This morning's breakfast was a bowl of Weetabix with Chocolate (to give it it's proper title), plant protein soya milk and a bottle of orange juice.
Lunch was a mug of instant vegetable soup, an 80g pack of dry roasted peanuts and 100g of dried melon chunks, so I've had a pretty healthy day today.
I'm hoping my SIL will help me to defrost the fridge-freezer soon so I'm trying to keep as little as possible in there atm.
