Today's lunch really couldn't have been easier 'cos it was just 7 Quorn picnic eggs and a 500ml glass of water made entirely by me because my carer was more interested in leaning against the counter using her phone for the entire 18 minutes she was here than doing anything to help or support me - ie her job!
