It's been weird today 'cos...

...I'm back to the blogging but I've promised myself and all of you that I wouldn't rant and rave until the weekend.

I've taken my last pills of the day and I'm hoping for an early night tonight.

Tomorrow is soup day for lunch so I'm gonna have a packet of high calorie crisps and a tub of salted caramel oat ice cream for my lunch so I'm seriously hoping that my calorie count will be through the roof tomorrow, as well as my breakfast too, should take it to around 2000 calories tomorrow instead of the 1300 that it should be to turn my FitBit graph green.  It's sweet and sour vegetarian chicken on Friday which I'm gonna be attempting to cook, hopefully with close supervision for safety reasons.  Pasta Bake on Saturday and beans on toast on Sunday.  There's only one tin of beans left, so Steve'll be having that for his lunch and I'll hopefully have a couple of slices of toast as long as I can still safely stay on my feet after making Steve's lunch for him.

Time to take Steve's empty plate back through to the kitchen then start shutting down for the night when my pills start kicking in.

Mornin' all

How are you all getting along this too-early morning?

I'm doing OK... gotta remember to phone my MIL and check to see what time Marie's coming to pick me up for my appointment 'cos I thought it was an hour later than it actually is but he got the time right when I asked him yesterday.

I'm charging up my phone, watch and FitBit, but I won't be taking my phone with me unless I need to call a taxi, but hopefully that won't happen so I won't need to take my bag with me.

I've taken one of my pills this morning and I'll take the supplements when I get back so that they don't screw up the test result.

I've already cared for my carer for pretty much 1 hour this morning and it was 11 hours and 50 minutes by the time I was allowed to go to bed last night, so I've already cared for my carer for very nearly 49 hours this week and my carer has achieved a huge 6 hours and 10 minutes so far this week, so he just needs to put in 10 hours of care a day between now and bedtime on Sunday to hit the minimum that he says he does.  I'm letting him sleep more than normal so that he can recover from caring for me for 5 hours on Wednesday - it's really taken it out of him, bless him.  He'll be able to sleep deeply while I'm at my medical appointment though as well as his usual 9-ish hours of sleep that he usually gets during the day too.

I'm not gonna do the news again today, but things should be back to normal again tomorrow for 10 days before my next medical appointment then that's hopefully it for another year.

When Steve wakes up, I'll go and make his breakfast for him.  I'll get my own too if there are enough clean bowls and spoons but if there's only one bowl and spoon then I'll go hungry until lunchtime again.

Steve's made one meal so far this week and I've made 11 of his and he hasn't made a single drink for me yet again... apparently he makes all my meals and drinks for me though <shrug>

The Green Man and Gaia answered yesterday's prayer 'cos it rained again overnight so I won't need to do the watering this morning.

Steve's awake and gone for his poo now "then I'll get washed and get out of your way to make breakfast" so looks like he's assuming that I'll make breakfast every morning now as well as his tea every evening and the majority of lunches too.  I'm giving him the rest of the week to recover then we'll hopefully go back to normal next week with him making more than 2 or 3 meals a week... in reality though, I'm seriously doubting it'll happen like that and I'll end up making the vast majority of meals again even though he claims he makes them all <shrug>

He's gotta phone the electricity bods today too, like he promised that he would yesterday - you'll have to forgive me for doubting that'll happen too.

It's SuperRice (for Steve) and Cous Cous (for me) on the menu again for today, so I'm predicting that I'll be making the lunch again today for the 4th time this week and that after I've stood up to make Steve's rice I won't be able to safely stay on my feet for long enough to make my cous cous, so I'll be going hungry at lunchtime for the 3rd day this week, so I guess I'd best have a bowl of granola for breakfast instead of the smoothie then.

Steve's out of the bathroom now and to give him credit, he's boiling the kettle, so there will hopefully be enough water for me to have a hot bath in a couple of weeks, then the emersion will be off until we get our hairs cut again.

My FitBit has finished charging up now and is back around my ankle, so I'd best make the most of the opportunity of Steve being awake to sort out the forum and run the daily virus scan now I s'pose.

The plan...

...has officially come to an end.

When I weighed myself this morning I was below the weight I promised myself (and all of you blog readers) that the plan would instantly stop.  I'm below that weight now, so the plan stops right now.

For those of you who have been wondering what the plan was, keep reading 'cos I'm about to dish the dirt on what I've been up to for the last 4 days.

Steve (my hubby/carer) tells everyone that he makes all my meals and drinks for me as I'm sure I've said countless times before and takes full credit and support for it, so this week's plan was to officially record just how few he actually does.

In the last 4.25 days he's had the opportunity to make 9 meals and at least 18 drinks for me.  He's made exactly 2 meals and 0 drinks which has made me lose 2.2kg in 4 days which I'm not at all happy about, so it's toast and really high calorie (as in over 600 calories per serving and I have 2 slices of toast, so 2 servings) for breakfast each morning until I've regained that weight (and hopefully a bit more) so that I'm back in the healthy weight range for my height.

The only things I've eaten since I woke up on Monday have been things that my hubby/carer has made for me (ie 2 lunches) or tap water.

We've both got a drinking choccie on the go now, to try and start to raise my calories (and therefore weight) a bit.  I'm not gonna eat junk food to get my weight back up, just home-cooked meals, but I'm gonna re-start having high calorie breakfasts and drinking choccies again to try and put on around 500g-750g a week.  I'm only gonna move off the sofa to go to the bathroom, the kitchen or go to bed so that I burn as few calories as possible.

It's frustrating that it got to this point and I don't think my carer even cares/worries about how little I've consumed this week.

I've just asked Steve...

...if we can make bread tomorrow 'cos neither of us have got anything going on and he said "maybe yes" which I'm hoping turns into a proper yes, but you'll have to forgive me for being doubtful.

I've got ¾ of the gardening stuff coming, but the bread stuff should, I think, take less than half an hour to do and we can time it around when it's due to be delivered as well as hopefully our lunch (my third meal of the week) so 30 minutes in about 15 hours should be pretty easy to achieve, right?  Wrong, knowing my luck though lol

Does anyone have...

...an idea/rocket I can shove up my carer's bum to motivate him to do two things please?

The first is to pay his mum back for our hair cuts now that he's got access to his online banking again.

The second is to ask his brother and/or sister if they wouldn't mind coming over to get rid of all the dead weeds in the back yard so that I can get the bag of compost that Steve's found on Amazon and plant the wild flowers to help to feed all the bees that are rapidly dieing out and even approaching the verge of extinction.  I can't do much, but I *can* do that for them.

The seeds are due to arrive next week so I wanna get it all sorted before then.

I'm giving Steve until tomorrow morning to contact his family about both those things that he's promised to do or I'll do it myself.  Again.

I have video evidence now of...

...my carer getting stroppy but promising that we'll definitely have hash browns tomorrow and sweet 'n' sour on Thursday.

I'm predicting that he'll come up with yet another excuse, so I wanna make this public so that he can't deny he said it.  I'm gonna try using the snazzy lil video thing instead of uploading to YouTube this time though, so you watch me forget lol

➰➰➰

It was over 25mb so I've set up a new email address and YouTube account especially for making his promises public now and can't deny it.  I'll add the video to here when it's finally uploaded.

Almost 2 hours later and here it is:
