Came down for a wee at just gone 3am and couldn't get back to sleep for some reason, so I've already cared for my carer for just over 2 hours this morning and I'm finally down to my goal weight, so I can start drinking hot chocolates and having breakfast each morning now, with significantly less exercising. I'm gonna use the rest of this week and all of next week working out how many calories I can eat each day and what I can have to eat to meet that calorie intake, but that will come solely from breakfasts and hot chocolates on the days my carer doesn't cook.
I'm gonna take my morning pills at 7am and might give myself a couple of B12 sprays just to give my body a boost of energy while I'm waiting for my carer to wake up and demand his breakfast like he has every morning so far.
Someone is due over from Freegle to collect 3 things and they were supposed to message me with a rough time yesterday evening, but I still haven't heard from them, so I messaged them at 4am and hope I didn't wake them up lol When that stuff has gone, I'll spend a few days recovering from the not eating then sort out a few more things in the spare room.
I'm thinking that today will maybe be a 15 hour day of care because I woke up and came down so early and I've already done over 2 hours of care before it even got to 5.20am, so even if I head off to bed at 7pm and my carer cooks lunch for us, I've still got an extra 3-4 hours in the bag than I usually have.
My fitness watch is fully recharged now, so that's back around my wrist and my knees are aching which I've been able to walk off for the last 3 days which has worked for me, but I won't be exercising at all today and potentially not for the rest of the week. I'd still like to hit the minimum of 2,500 steps a day but I don't want any active minutes recorded for the rest of this week now and potentially not next week either.
I think I'll go for a wee then recharge my FitBit up too, ready for tomorrow - it's still above the usual charge that I set it to charge at, but better to make use of the time while my carer is asleep, right?
Got 50 minutes before I'm due to take my first pills of the day, so I'll take those while my FitBit is charging up.
My carer has just woken up and taken his phone to the bathroom with him, so he's going for a poo 💩 instead of the wee he said he was going for, but my bladder is empty now so I can charge my FitBit up while he's in there and I've already sneaked over 3 hours of care for him so far this morning too, so it's looking more and more likely that it really will be a 15 hour day after all.
Gotta remember to ask for a few tiny screws to mend my glasses when I go to the optician tomorrow, 'cos they've always come out within a couple of weeks of wearing them since I've been with the optician for some reason lol
Gonna publish this now then set my FitBit charging.
