Cor lummy I've eaten well today - 3 proper meals and I'm nicely full without being bloated. My calories are slightly into the red which is where I want them to be and I'm hoping that I won't be underweight when I weigh myself on Monday, despite missing 10 meals this week.
Tea was in two parts and both from Subway: large crinkle cut wedges and 9 hash browns both with a garlic aoli dip. I've got 4 vegan cookies to have for breakfast tomorrow which should give me a pretty good base to start from 'cos they are bound to be higher calorie than a bowl of granola lol
