Today's lunch was just my usual tin of spaghetti but this time absolutely everything, from start to finish, including the washing up, was done entirely by me as my carer was more interested in charging up her phone than supporting me today! She didn't even pour the spaghetti out of the pan and into the bowl for me, which even the worst carers usually do!
