Well, today's lunch was a complete disaster lol
I was going to have the vegan bacon and had got everything ready, opened the packet and got the liners ready. So far so good... except that the spray refused to move even though I was working up a small sweat trying to get it to work! I gave up when I started getting wobbly and advertised the sprays and slices on Olio, then went back to the good old fruit for my lunch. I managed one mouthful of the avocado before it fell on the floor, so had to give up on that and ended up with just 2 large pears and an apple for my lunch, washed down with a 330ml can of a Sparkling Passion[fruit] pop.
