I've woken up feeling like I've barely slept, I've got a 'Morning Stability' score of 3 again, my blood pressure was slap bang in the middle of my normal range, my morning pills went down fine, the virus scan was clear and I'm in a pretty decent mood this morning, so I'm hoping I'll have a pretty decent day.
