A very early tea today of a 500ml bottle of a soya chocolate & banana flavour 'Meal To Go' and it's going down a treat, but I'm not sure that having 20g of protein for tea was such a good idea 'cos I'm wide awake now lol The photo is a bit blurry 'cos I'm wobbly atm but this was the least blurry photo that I took.
