I've just had my GP surgery on the phone and I've got a medical appointment on Friday 17th July to start testing me for asthma after it was in my hospital records a couple of times.
There's nothing in their GP records, but it was in my hospital records when I went to get my coil changed in April 2019 so I haven't got a clue what's going on and why it's not in my GP records, but I'm on the road to finding out one way or another now and first stop in 2 weeks time.
Just gotta print out the document in my hospital records now so that they can see that I'm not lying lol
