I've just unofficially...

...weighed myself and it's a good job that I did, 'cos even after breakfast and over a litre of fluid, I'm 100g below where I wanna be, so no exercises today and as many calories as I can get into me today and tomorrow.


I'll still officially weigh myself on Monday and log it into the app, but the weight is falling off me again and I can't seem to do anything to keep it on!
