Today's lunch was about as healthy as I could make it other than the pop and according to my app, I've had over 12 portions of fruit for lunch and my belly is feeling it now lol
Lunch was the last of this week's fruit and consisted of the last 4 apricots, the last 3 bananas, the only 2 pears and a 330ml can of a Sparkling Passion[fruit] pop.
