I'm starting off the new week with a full belly thanks to my normal first breakfast of a 500ml glass of water to pop my 9 morning pills with then my usual warm weather breakfast of choccie Weetabix with about 150ml of Plant Protein soya milk and a 250ml bottle of Flawsome wonky orange juice. I've also got my first allowed caffeinated drink on the go atm too, but there's no photo of that 'cos it's not part of my breakfast.
