Yet again I've pigged out on fruit for lunch today and I'm now verging on bloated and am sooo glad I didn't have anything solid for breakfast again lol
Today's lunch was the same fruit as yesterday, but in slightly different quantities and the flavour of the pop (which I haven't even opened yet let alone drunk) is different too, but this is my lunch breakdown today: 7 strawberries 🍓, 8 cherries 🍒 , 1 apricot, 2 plums, 2 apples 🍎 and 2 pears 🍐 all washed down with a 330ml can of Sparkling Passion[fruit] which, according to my food app, is 10.6 portions for one meal lol
